Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneClickOpenClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneClickOpenClaw provides a managed deployment of an AI assistant powered by OpenClaw (an open-source framework), connected to your Telegram bot. We deploy and maintain a dedicated OpenClaw instance for each subscriber, powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o model.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in using a Google account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service is available on a monthly subscription basis at $49/month. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or abusive content, to attempt to access other users' data or containers, or to reverse-engineer the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by infrastructure providers, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last month of service. We are not responsible for the outputs generated by the AI model.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
