Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard by clicking "Cancel Subscription". Once cancelled:
- Your AI assistant will continue to work until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore your service.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered: If we are unable to deploy your OpenClaw instance within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Extended downtime: If the service is unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our infrastructure, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial months are not refunded upon cancellation.
- Refunds are not provided if your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses, as output quality depends on the underlying AI model.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@oneclickopenclaw.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
