  • Telegram bot token: The bot token you provide to connect your Telegram bot to our service.
  • Payment information: Payment details are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Usage data: Basic usage metrics such as deployment status and service uptime.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To deploy and maintain your OpenClaw instance
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To communicate service updates and important notices
  • To provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Your Telegram bot token is stored securely and only used to connect your bot to your OpenClaw instance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Clerk — for authentication and user management
  • Razorpay — for payment processing
  • OpenAI — for AI model access (GPT-4o)
  • Telegram — for bot integration

5. Chat Data

Messages sent to your Telegram bot are processed by your dedicated OpenClaw instance and the OpenAI API. We do not access, read, or store the content of your conversations unless required for debugging at your request.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation and after the billing period ends, your OpenClaw instance is stopped and your bot token is deleted from our systems within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies
